It's been a long while since my last post went up; and that was honestly last year, and I'm sorry in advace for that but since this year started, I wanted to take some time off, time to think about things, what I want to do, I wanted to take some time off to 'rest' and hopefully get inspired "again" - because this last one, I've been so uninspired for a year now but I'll explain that more in depth on a different post; and also just wanted some more time to enjoy with my family and loved ones, and this one has been so good. At the moment, I'm not working, but I have witnessed things that I keep thinking if I were working i wouldn't have experienced nor see them with my own eyes, or maybe yes, but it would of have been completely different, not the same.
Life itself has honestly been good thus far; and I have spent these months making memories that I'll treasure forever, oh and here are some snapshots of what I've been up to the last couple of months, to go along with this post. . .

From the first two photos; I can say I've been on tourist-mood in my own hometown; and it has felt so good to go on 'retreats' like this and just enjoy life and nature.
Trying something different for the very first time - actually this photo was the second time I went to this amazing place - As you can tell, gyozas (aka dumplings) are my favorites and always opt for chicken, because that's my go-to protein. Next time, will try to have sushi for sure!
Past Feb 27th, BSB gave a concert in Viña del Mar - Chile; and even though I wasn't there physically, I watched the entire show from the comfort of home. It felt so good to re-live memories from when I was just a kid; that's where I started listening to their songs for the very first time. Still love them as much as I did before, but now, more than ever 'cause they're bringing new music! Although, I still want to go to one of their concerts.
There's nothing like a good workout to start the day!
Last but no least, some snaps from a beautiful and partially cloudy day full of clouds taken at 6am; and the other is probably one of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen from our balcony.
Just enjoying the smallest things in life! I wanted to keep this post short; hope you liked it and I wish you all have a wonderful day and week ahead! Let me know in the comment box below, how's been your year so far? Until next time! xx
Loved this post and edit! Also, I'm so happy that you're back to blogging and that you're doing really good! My year has been good too as well, I got a new job opportunity so I'm excited and happy at the same time! All the best for you, and look forward to your next post! x
ReplyDeleteThank you SO much Camille! Congratulations on your new job babe, wish you all the best too! xo
DeleteI love the way you edited these photos! Yay, welcome back babe! Missed reading your posts so much! It’s completely okay to take a rest every now and then; especially if needed, glad that you’ve enjoyed yours! ♥️
ReplyDeleteThank you SO much Maria Paula! So true, and it means even a lot more to me if I've spent this time with my family, I really have enjoyed it a lot! xo
DeleteWhat a beautiful snapshots/post! I also watched the BSB’s concert; they have been part of my childhood as well! Seems like you’re enjoying life and that’s really a good thing to do and appreciate the most! My year has also been really good so far, recently I got engaged so; I’m super excited and happy for this new chapter! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you SO much Mikayla! OMG same, i grew up listening mostly to them and Westlife, they also are back together, NSYNC too but not that often and as much as I did with these two. Yes, I agree and it's not that I hadn't enjoyed it at all, but somehow forgot about treasuring these moments with my loved ones, it's like I can see things in a different way now and appreciate it more. No way! Congratulations, wish you all the best and may God bless you both and your marriage! xox
DeleteI lovee the vintage film aesthetic of these images. :) The polaroid frames are soo beautiful and gets me all nostalgic to back in the days when I used to shoot film. I go through periods where I get uninspired as well and when I feel that way, I always put myself in a new challenging environment or surround myself with different people cause getting uncomfortable is what helps us to progress and get inspired again.

Thank you SO much Atsuna! I have always loved and felt some sort of interest towards film, wanted to do / share something slightly different this time! That's good to know too, and so true what you said about surrounding yuorself with different people, you can also learn from them and get inspired in one way or another. I've tried that, and now that you mentioned it, I'll keep it in my mind for my upcoming blog post where I'll be discussing about that topic more in-depth and according to my experience, of course. :)
DeleteThose sunsets are lovely, I really like the food too! It's good to take some time out and take a break.
