Plataforma K 2015
Hey loves, it's been almost a month since I last updated and fed my baby blog, (what a bad mommie and blogger I am) but life has been fun, I've been quite uninspired as in terms of blogging and a busy bee, working towards a shoe collection and portfolio as part of one of my midterm exams and which I've narrowed down to only make just two of them (a espadrilles and sandals shoes) and so much more stuff Uni related that I hope to share with you guys too oh, so-soon! But after all this crazy haze, here comes the calm and I'm happy to say that I'm back in track again.
As you might know, I shared with you guys over on my facebook, twitter and also instagram as well, that I would attend to Plataforma K, and yes, I did go to as part of the press (yay!!!) but only made it there the first day as I had other things to do / get done yesterday. So, let me share some thoughts on about the collections I got to snap, one thing I should say as of first, is LOVE! :)
A prêt-à-porter brand that I don't think I'd heard of it before, yet it was the first show I got to see. The collection itself was beyond beautiful yet delicate with touch of a modern-boho-chic, and truly elegant. One of my favorites if you ask me. :)
Another of my favorites one, Natalia presented a repertoire of organic and structured silhouettes where the symmetry made part of it and the colour palette transited from white, black and gray as well as blue and some details as in tie-dying fabrics, a very minimalist collection.
Inspired by the Amazona, Saha took us to a tropical summer ft bold prints and florals
Inspired by a magical Oriental style, Paradizia presented a collection where men took part of it as well! Fans, laces, tassels and dragons were the stars of the night
ONDA DE MAR
Like usual, a very impeccable collection that ended with colours white and gold and jewelled sandals, that I'm actually lusting after and wishing that summer comes asap!
This was my favorite one!!!
AGATHA RUIZ DE LA PRADA
Agatha closed what it was the first day of Plataforma K with a very colorful collection that to me it was actually the oh, so-cutest yet so wearable featuring bold and pastel colors, and also simple makeup with slicked back hair.
