A Letter To 2017

A post that I created back in 2014 and it has become in a tradition ever since, but this time being it a little bit different. A moment I take to reflect and reminisce on about a entire year and get to have it written in here as the journal this has been for years now.  If I could describe this year in one word, I honestly would have it without any doubt. if I'm able to look back, it was another year with ups and downs, if I look for things I've achieved and what I have not yet then it is again a 50/50 but 2017 might be the most bittersweet year by far and where I also get to close what it was another chapter of my life. It feels sad to see it go even more now that 2018 is approaching, but at the same time it makes me feel ready to know what's about to come and that makes it more exciting.

It could have been better or it could have been worst, often those are thoughts that come to our minds but at the end of the day what most matters is, it was a year where we got the opportunity to be alive every day for 365 days and I will definitely cheer that always and never take it for granted but also, I will cheer every little thing that happened this entire year, even all the good and bad that turned into good, bringing me life lessons when I seemed not to do well because i'm a work in constant progress and things like those are the ones that slowly shape me to become a better me and teach me and prepare me to not make the same mistake twice or at least think before doing it. Life is all about learning after all and improving as well and mayhap, I will keep on doing so again and again.

 I wish I had more things to say, but honestly there's a ramble of emotions at the moment and I can't seem to come up with my best words and thoughts, I am known for my overly long writings but this time it seems I'll keep it short. However, one thing I'm sure of is that what I feel in my heart is a lot of gratitude and I have yet a lot to thanks for, like having God's in my life, my whole familia, spending quality time with them as well as my friends and all the victories and triumphs that were part of the biggest highlights of this year, also it pushed me further to boundaries with my creativity and what not, my photography skills just kept on getting better but also, having you guys still read my blog even if I did not blog that much this year, thank you for every comment and for following me and my journey, I appreciate all of that and all of you. 

To conclude, I  hope 2018 has amazing things for y'all in store, a countless of blessings and opportunities, I wish you guys nothing but the very best from the bottom of my heart, such as health, wealth, happiness, love, success in every single thing you do and decide to do and much more.
Thank you for being part of my 2017 and hope to see you all again in 2018!
